Frame Waiver Statement
Safety Rx takes care when handling customer-supplied materials but is not liable for damage, breakage, or loss that may occur during processing or transit. Submitting customer-owned materials indicates acceptance of those risks.
All Custom-Item Purchases Are Final
Refunds are not accepted on custom items. Review every selection under the product options, including frame, prescription, lens material, design, and coatings, before completing the purchase.
